Can I return a product?

Yes, you can return a product, but if must be eligible for return – see below.

If the product was gifted to you, please contact the gifter.  The gifter must be the one who must  initiate the return by emailing us at InmotionShoes@Gmail.com.

Note: If the product purchased was on a Free Shipping Promotion, and if you exchange it with another size or another product which is also on Free Shipping Promotion,  we will charge you P350 for return shipping back to you. It is because it will double our free shipping cost.

Products eligible for return

  • Products except panties/briefs or personal care products.
  • Products should NOT be worn/used and should be in its original packaging.  The original label/tag has not been detached or removed.
  • Products must be from us purchased from www.InmotionShoes.Com. Also, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Return process must be initiated within 15 days, starting from our shipment date.

Not eligible for return

  • Intimate Apparel(panties / briefs) products.
  • Personal Care products.
  • If product was obtained from other source must be from www.InmotionShoes.com.
  • If the defect of the product was caused by reasons other than materials quality or assembly process: damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp object, etc.).
  • Exceeds 15 days, starting from our shipment date.

     If returned to us, product will be returned back to you.

Returned products are inspected and if there is any damage to the product as a result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications or shipping problem, we undertake to fully refund the cost of any defective products.

We quality check the products during receiving once delivered by our supplier and before shipping it to you.  This is to ensure that products shipped are in good quality as possible.


2. Can I exchange a product?

Yes, if it is not yet shipped. This is due to the fact that as soon as your order is placed and the payment is cleared, our order processing commences right-away.

If the product was already shipped, once you receive the product, you can return your purchased product to us for a refund and place a new order. Please refer to item #1 above.

Note: If the product purchased was on a Free Shipping Promotion, and if you exchange it with another size or another product which is also on Free Shipping Promotion,  we will charge you P350 for return shipping back to you. It is because it will double our free shipping cost.


3. When will I get my refund?

Your refund will be processed as soon as the product you have returned is inspected by us and it is confirmed that it fits within our returns policy.

Once the return has been approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within more or less 7 days. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


4. What to do if refund is not received after 7 days?

If you have not received your refund after 7 days, please do the following:

  • First, check your bank account.
  • Then, contact your credit card company if using a credit card, it may take some time before you refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you have done all the above and you have no refund yet, then please email us at InmotionShoes@Gmail.com.

5. Will you refund my return shipping costs, if I return my order?

We will refund full purchase price of the relevant product(s) returned to us excluding shipping charges (if any).
